Ceramics

• Hand washing with mild soap and warm water is recommended to preserve the unique glaze characteristics

• Allow pieces to air dry completely

• Avoid sudden temperature changes that may stress the ceramic

• Store pieces where they won't knock against other items

• Safe for microwave use, but avoid extreme temperature transitions

• While dishwasher safe, frequent dishwasher cleaning may gradually dull the glaze's natural luster

Brass & Metalwork

• Each brass piece is handmade; natural variations in surface, expression, and size are part of its unique character.

• Brass develops a deeper patina over time—this is a natural and valued characteristic of the material.

• To maintain shine, gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a brass-specific cleaner sparingly.

• Avoid exposure to moisture, chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight, as these may accelerate patina or tarnish.

• The chain portions may be plated (e.g., vintage gold) and should be handled with care to avoid scratching or fading.

Damage Claims

• Once verified, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

• A replacement or refund will be processed once the damaged item is received.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging materials.

• Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
